"I've very much appreciated your help, as well as that of all the other staff!!!!! You have a lot of kind, caring people working with you, and I'm so happy to have "found" you. Ali was such a tough puppy to raise, but she is much, much better now, thanks to your encouragement. I mean, she was at least 6 months old before we could even think of having her on the couch or the recliner with us. Before that, she was all teeth. Now she is learning to control them and her impulses. I was SO excited to see how excited she was at agility class last week! All the dogs were just in heaven, learning to put these skills together and having loads of fun with it.
