Ginny has an enormous love for animals. She is able to show that with the patience and tenderness in training other people's family members (the pets). I took an 8 week basics class with Catherine. I have a highly reactive dog. The outdoor public environment of the classes simulated real world situations. She was able to observe the problems I was having and provide solutions. She has thorough knowledge of of animal behavior and if one method does not work for you, she is ready with another. Later this year we also took an intro to agility class. If we were having a problem with a certain obstacle, she took the time to work with us one on one.

Rachel Williams has trained both of my border collie puppies, now ages 4 and 10 months, and has consistently shown a high level of professionalism and warmth toward them. She has taken the younger one for two weeks of training at the DogSmith center in Pensacola and also boarded her at her own home. With patience and positive reinforcement she has trained them to sit, go down, stay, and come on command, even from a distance. Just as important, she successfully socialized them in several situations and with different types of people, animals, and forms of transportation.
