"Thank you SO much for coming to our house and helping the whole family work with Lola on her attitude with kids! Not only did we not have any incidents, by the end of the week Lola barely reacted to Jaeda! (Except to look hopefully for treats) :) And 3 year old Jaeda handled the training better than any of the adults. Thanks again!

Catherine was a delight to work with. She really delivered on all of the goals we set at the outset. Her integrity, communications and performance are second to none. A true professional. (Additionally, all of the 'Top Attributes' apply. We were forced, by the program, to only select three(3).) Sincerely, Terry & Mark Newdow

Ginny has an enormous love for animals.
She is able to show that with the patience and tenderness in training other people's family members (the pets). She does this in a way that is kind and gentle and helps the pet understand good behavior versus bad behavior. Plus she teaching the owners how to continue in a successful way. Our pets are like our children, and I don't just trust them with just anyone. I highly recommend Ginny in her DogSmith training for all your pets needs.
Truly, you give us calm hearts, knowing our "special needs" girl feels right at home with you!
"For our special needs dog, Sadie, strange places & unfamiliar people make her terrified and she acts up. Thankfully, she feels safe & comfortable with Rachel, Corne and Chloe, and she has even learned to play well with other dogs. This provides us great relief & calm hearts. We appreciate the updates, accommodating schedule, and of course the fact that Sadie returns home with better manners than she left with! We always recommend Rachel very highly!"
Thank you again for everything! Lynne Gibbons
Rachel was incredible with Sandy Paws, we needed her to be able to interact
with children and help to make awareness for Making your Paw Print!
Encouraging children to pick up trash! Sandy Paws responded immediately to
Rachel, listening and pleasing. I soon followed with the corrected protocol
and have Sandy Paws coming to me on command. Sandy Paws will sit and let the
children pet her while I explain our mission about Making a Paw Print! Many
thanks! Great training!

Catherine - just wanted to thank you for taking such good care of Jersie for us. It was such a relief to know that she was in a happy and healthy environment. We're thrilled with the changes in her behavior and Jersie seems so much happier as well. We'll be in touch when we make plans to be out of town again.
I took an 8 week basics class with Catherine. I have a highly reactive dog. The outdoor public environment of the classes simulated real world situations. She was able to observe the problems I was having and provide solutions. She has thorough knowledge of of animal behavior and if one method does not work for you, she is ready with another. Later this year we also took an intro to agility class. If we were having a problem with a certain obstacle, she took the time to work with us one on one.
Rachel Williams has trained both of my border collie puppies, now ages 4 and 10 months, and has consistently shown a high level of professionalism and warmth toward them. She has taken the younger one for two weeks of training at the DogSmith center in Pensacola and also boarded her at her own home. With patience and positive reinforcement she has trained them to sit, go down, stay, and come on command, even from a distance. Just as important, she successfully socialized them in several situations and with different types of people, animals, and forms of transportation. I recommend her many services for dog training and boarding unequivocally.
